Michael D. Watson, Attorney
Michael D. Watson is the founder of The Watson Law Firm and focuses exclusively on criminal defense. He earned his undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University and his Juris Doctor from Lincoln Memorial University Duncan School of Law. Mr. Watson has represented hundreds of clients facing charges ranging from misdemeanors to serious felony allegations. He is a member of several criminal defense organizations and received recognition from Top 40 Under 40 Criminal Defense Attorneys and National Trial Lawyers Top 100 in 2024.
Victoria B. Ungos, Attorney
Victoria B. Ungos practices criminal defense at The Watson Law Firm. She earned her degree in Political Science: Legal Studies, with a minor in Criminal Justice, from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Victoria received her Juris Doctor from Lincoln Memorial University Duncan School of Law in 2022 and was admitted to the Tennessee Bar in 2024. During law school, she received the Lincoln Award for Leadership and became involved with several legal and criminal defense organizations.
